Spring Finance launches bridging pilot
Specialist lender Spring Finance has today announced the launch of its bridging pilot scheme.
With an offering of regulated, non-regulated, first charge, second charge and refurbishment products, the pilot is being run with some of the industry’s leading intermediaries ahead of a full launch later in Q2.
Spring has made some important hires in recent months with a wealth of experience and expertise in bridging and development finance and the pilot is being run to ensure the delivery of a service that supports their ambition to become a significant player in the UK residential specialist lending market.
