TalkTalk deepens partnership with Demica to support long-term liquidity

TalkTalk, the UK’s leading value for money connectivity provider, is deepening its long-standing partnership with Demica, to continue accessing cost-effective working capital and further drive its growth.

TalkTalk and Demica have worked together since September 2016, with TalkTalk using Demica’s market-leading platform to power reporting for its working capital solutions.

The new three-year deal now sees TalkTalk access £75mn of liquidity, funded by credit funds and accounts managed by KKR’s credit business. The transaction takes advantage of Demica’s expert working capital advisory and distribution services, in addition to maintaining the comprehensive transaction reporting Demica was already providing.
