The 79th Grp Limited enters administration
Joint administrators Jeremy Woodside and Tracey Pye from the Manchester office of business advisory firm, Quantuma, have been appointed over Northwest headquartered The 79th Grp Limited and other associated businesses.
The 79th Grp Limited is the holding company for a large and complex group of unregulated businesses which together, describes itself as an Asset Manager, operating across real estate, aviation, natural resources, and wealth management, specialising in investments, acquisitions, and financial management.
Quantuma managing director, Jeremy Woodside said: “This is a very complex business with operations, assets, investors and stakeholders across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and West Africa.
We are collaborating with all stakeholders to understand the detail which sits behind these complexities.
Our immediate priorities are to identify and secure the group’s substantial range of assets and assess the options available.”
