The Leasing Foundation launches ‘Connect Roulette’ to boost networking
The Leasing Foundation’s Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) Group is proud to announce the launch of Connect Roulette, a groundbreaking initiative aimed at bringing together over 300 professionals from the asset finance and leasing industry for personal, one-on-one networking opportunities.
This new initiative pairs individuals from different organisations for a 30-minute chat, either online or in person. Participants can use this time to build their networks, learn from one another, and foster mentor or peer-to-peer relationships.
Georgia Bright, group people and talent partner at Praetura Asset Finance and a key member of the Leasing Foundation EDI Group, said: “Connect Roulette is more than just a networking opportunity. It’s a chance to foster real connections across our industry, break down barriers, and build an inclusive community. Whether you’re seeking mentorship or just a fresh perspective, this initiative offers something for everyone. Join us in making the asset finance industry a more connected, inclusive space. Sign up today and be part of the largest EDI initiative in the sector!”
The initiative is set to coincide with World Inclusion Day and World Mental Health Day on 10 October 2024. Participants will be paired and introduced on this day, allowing them to schedule their conversations at a time that suits them best.
