ThinCats delivers £1.9m funding acquisition package
Top independent London based records management service, Secure Data Management Ltd, has been supported by ThinCats, the leading alternative finance provider to mid-sized SMEs with a £1.9m acquisition funding package to acquire The Chatham Archive & Document Storage Company Ltd.
Secure Data Management specialises in providing offsite storage services to some of the UK’s best-known brands, including professional services firms, public sector organisations, charities and other corporates. Based in London the business operates five storage sites employing 45 staff, the team have 30 years’ experience delivering secure archive storage, scanning, shredding, tape & document storage, records management storage and wills & deeds storage.
The business sought funding for the acquisition of The Chatham Archive & Document Storage Company Limited, the records management and storage business with sites in London and Kent, and was introduced to funder ThinCats by Charles Davey and Joe Coghlan at Bishop Fleming, accountants and business advisors.
