ThinCats supports London-based facilities management business with a significant funding package
Jones FM, professional facilities management company, has been supported with a share buyback funding package by leading alternative finance provider to mid-sized SMEs, ThinCats.
Jones FM was formed in 2012 with 12 employees and one site, and has since grown to over 100 full time staff across 44 blue-chip real-estate sites throughout London and the South. The team manage numerous engineering services across the commercial sector, including planned and reactive mechanical and electrical maintenance, fabric maintenance, project support drainage systems and energy management.
The company has a reputation for providing a reliable and quality service to ensure buildings meet compliance requirements to operate as a commercial building and has won a number of awards in recent years including ‘Best Customer Focus,’ through the National Business Awards and ‘Best Business,’ in the Dartford & Gravesham awards.
The business was introduced to Thincats by Roger Fenwick at Mantra Capital, London-based financial consultancy firm.
