ThinCats supports MBO of Hampshire based specialist care provider
Auckland Care Ltd, provider of strength-based bespoke care for individuals with learning difficulties, mental health needs and service users on the autistic spectrum, has been supported with a £3.8m funding package by leading alternative finance provider for mid-sized SMEs, ThinCats.
Founded in 2001, Auckland Care is a specialist provider with a proven track record in high standards of support and care for individuals diagnosed with learning difficulties and mental health needs – the extensive sector-specific experience of the providers at Auckland Care allows the team to meet a wide spectrum of complex needs provided in close liaison with the local GP, community learning disability and psychiatric teams.
The company aims to enable service users to achieve their full potential whilst maximizing and promoting independence and community integration within a well calculated and agreed positive risk framework, met by delivering care-plans that are structured on a person-centred basis, whilst valuing individual choice, beliefs and aspirations.
Auckland Care was introduced to ThinCats by Jimmy Johns of Christie Finance, specialist commercial financial brokerage. Myles Bennett, supported by Kaleigh Brown (Real Estate) and Naomi Whitfield (Corporate) at Wright Hassall provided legal support for ThinCats.
