Brookes HC Recruitment has enjoyed a complete turnaround in fortunes thanks to Ultimate Finance providing an invoice finance facility and back office support.
A financial issue with a client pushed the Birmingham-based healthcare recruitment firm to the brink but partnering with Ultimate Finance helped them turn things around. The specialist asset-based lender supported Brookes through administration, providing the company with a £400,000 invoice finance facility to guide the company through the difficult period and ensure it was well positioned to expand for growth.
Ultimate Finance’s invoice finance facility is also helping to alleviate the pressures of running a business by also providing a back-office facility including chasing outstanding payments and managing candidate payroll administration.
