Award-winning commercial finance brokerage Watts Commercial Finance celebrated its 20th anniversary at Combermere Abbey in Cheshire on Thursday 17th September 2026, marking two decades’ growth, achievement and trusted relationships. The company officially marked its 20th birthday on 11th September 2026, with the anniversary celebration bringing together colleagues and lending partners to mark the milestone.
From its Cheshire roots, Watts Commercial has grown into one of the UK’s leading independent commercial finance brokerages, now proudly part of the Pivotal Group. Its award-winning team supports businesses, property developers and investors across the UK, combining expert knowledge with extensive lender relationships to secure funding tailored to their individual ambitions.
The company’s continued growth has seen its team and national reach expand significantly, while maintaining the personal, relationship-led approach on which the business was built.
Its success has also been recognised with numerous industry accolades, including multiple NACFB Commercial Broker Awards.

Guests enjoyed a drinks reception sponsored by Shawbrook Bank before taking their seats for the anniversary celebration. The evening’s entertainment, sponsored by Together, featured performances from A Million Dreams: The Greatest Shows Tribute Act and Lionel Vinyl, followed by a DJ set to close the evening.
The celebration also raised vital support for Watts Commercial’s charity partner, The Joshua Tree, which supports families affected by childhood cancers, with guests taking part in a gold-envelope prize draw to win an 18ct white-gold trilogy diamond pendant, generously donated by John Pass Jewellers.
