While we can see why that is the case, sometimes the person is more important than what is on paper. Sometimes, it’s the insights in their head that don’t go down on paper but that come out when they teach that will be the most beneficial.

They are also going to need the right partners if they are going to have any hope of being successful. There are a lot of different moving parts to running a higher education establishment, and getting help is going to be in their best interests.
