Witold Chojnowski, head of the receivables realisation group is to leave KPMG
Anyone in the ABL fraternity who knows KPMG will know Witold who has been our ambassador in the ABL community and has accumulated a wealth of experience in collect-out and recovery situations. Not only is he a great practitioner, he is also hugely well-liked for his constant good-humour. We are very sorry to see Witold leave but at 63 he has a lot of travelling, wine drinking and football watching still to do!
Witold joined KPMG in Nottingham in 1989 and took over as head of RRG in 1995. His message to his public is as follows:
Moving on, it comes to us all eventually…..
After 29 years with KPMG I have reached an agreement with the firm to move on to the next stage of my life and career. To be quite honest I have not decided what this means in career terms (I feel that there are still a few years left in the old man!) and will be thinking this through over the following few months whilst doing a few odd jobs around the house and on my allotment. Of course there are plans to do some travelling and get some sunshine.
As is customary, some thanks are due:
• Thank you KPMG for providing me with a largely fun-packed 29 years. There have been some moments, some awesome people.
• A special thanks to my colleagues for your friendship and support over the years – you are indeed the backbone of the firm.
• Thank you to my friends and clients in the ABL industry, it has been a privilege and an honour to serve you.
Please do keep in touch. I am keeping my mobile number (07979 518112) and my email address is witold.chojnowski@me.com.
Wishing you all love and happiness.
Never look back…..
Witold Chojnowski MCICM
We wish Witold all the very best and will be inviting him to events over the coming months to say his farewells.
