WOA is pleased to announce its unique seminar on asset based lending
Asset based lending has evolved into an important mainstream secured lending product in the USA and is slowly migrating into European and other global markets. The WOA ABL Seminar focuses on what is similar and what is different in ABL from traditional receivables finance.
This seminar is designed to provide an introduction, overview and awareness of the opportunities, issues and practicalities of creating an ABL capability. It is targeted both at those who are new to the concepts and those who wish to develop their knowledge to build capability within their organisation.
Speakers include John Oliver of Barclays Bank, Arjan de Liefde and Tom Gevers of ABN AMRO, Colin Johnson and Steve Tester of Hitachi Capital, Steven Geerlings of DLA Piper and John Brehcist, director WOA and roundwindow consultancy.
With the support of DLA Piper and members of the WOA Community, we can offer access to this world class material and these experts for just €300 for WOA members and €450 for non-members. The program will be held on 4th May in DLA Piper’s London Office; please sign up quickly as numbers are limited to ensure close interaction between the presenters and audience. See the WOA website for details and how to apply: www.woa.community
Erik Timmermans, founder of WOA said “This new program brings together background theory and real-world experience from active ABL industry participants who share their time, knowledge and expertise.”
John Brehcist, director of WOA added “This is a collaborative development which really shows the thought leadership and educational power that the WOA Community together can bring for the benefit of its members and for the wider Industry as a whole.
