Xeinadin appoints Emily Light as director at newly expanded Chandlers Ford office
Xeinadin, a leading provider of accountancy services and business advice for small and medium-sized enterprises and individuals across the UK and Ireland, has appointed Emily Light as director at its Chandlers Ford office. The move reflects the continued growth of Xeinadin in the Solent region and its wider focus on building senior advisory capability at a local level.
Emily brings more than twelve years’ experience across both practice and industry, including senior finance leadership roles within high-growth and regulated businesses. Her background spans outsourced finance director support, governance, fundraising and strategic financial planning, including SaaS businesses and fintech, strengthening the Chandlers Ford team’s ability to support clients with increasingly complex needs.
Working closely alongside Andrew Gaete, hub managing partner for Xeinadin South East, Emily will play a key role in developing the office’s advisory offering, mentoring the next generation of talent, and supporting the continued expansion of the local client base.
Emily said: “I’ve joined Xeinadin at a point where the Chandlers Ford office has real momentum. There’s a fantastic team in place, a broad mix of clients and the opportunity to deliver high-quality advisory work that genuinely supports SME owners. I’m looking forward to building on that, working closely with clients and helping the team continue to grow.”

The appointment comes as the Chandlers Ford office enters its next phase of expansion. The office has developed through the integration of six local practices, creating a larger and growing team of more than forty. The team provides a broad range of services, from bookkeeping and compliance through to audit and strategic advisory, enabling the office to support businesses at different stages of growth while maintaining a strong local presence.
Andrew Gaete said: “Emily is joining at a perfect time as the Chandlers Ford team is thriving at a local level with the backing of a fully integrated national practice behind it. Her experience across both professional practice and in-house finance with a blend of advisory depth and commercial insight brings a valuable perspective and enables us to support our clients with more forward-looking decision-making. As we continue to grow by bringing together different practices and people, it’s imperative that we build in a way that feels joined up and sustainable.”
Chandlers Ford office sits within Xeinadin’s Solent region, alongside offices in Salisbury, Andover, the Isle of Wight, and Bournemouth. The region continues to be a focus for Xeinadin’s investment, with plans for further recruitment and apprenticeships as the team continues to grow.
