Xeinadin marks 32nd acquisition with two northern leading firms joining the Group
Xeinadin, one of the leading professional services firms in the UK and Ireland, has announced the acquisition of two prominent accountancy practices in the North of England: Gibson Booth Limited formerly a member of Gibson Booth association of independent firms and King Hope. These acquisitions reinforce Xeinadin’s ambitious growth plans and its commitment to becoming the most trusted advisor for business owners. With Gibson Booth Limited firmly established in Barnsley and King Hope’s offices already established in Darlington, Northallerton and Hartlepool, the move strengthens Xeinadin’s presence in the north bringing the total number of offices in the region to 16. Gibson Booth Limited will now be known as the Xeinadin Barnsley office, Gibson Booth in Huddersfield and Gibson Booth Business Solutions and Insolvency Limited in Barnsley will continue to practice as independent entities.

The integration will bolster Xeinadin’s offering in the agricultural, charity and education sectors and offer local SMEs access to additional resources and expertise that can support larger growth. Joining Xeinadin, the two well-established general practice firms will gain significant additional resources, including centralised back-office support and the power of a collaborative network of offices across the UK and Ireland.
